To setup your directory you need to login to your Admin System and then click on Advertisers in the menu on the left. The first thing you will need to do is to setup some categories. Click on "Manage Categories" and then "Add a New Category". You can add two levels of categories. For example if you are using this to "Locate A Rep" you might add top level categories dividing the country into regions such as "South East", "South West", "North East" and "North West". You can then add sub categories to each of these regions - for example you might add states as sub categories in each of the regions.
Once you have setup some categories you can then add listings (in the example you would add the individual Sales Reps) and assign them to the appropriate categories/subcategories. To add listings simply click on "Advertisers/Add New" in the main menu of your Admin System. Once you have added a listing, you are able to upload a logo and/or another photo for the listing if desired.
Once you have added the listings, your directory will be searchable by your categories as well as by keyword.
