If you have the file already, you can easily insert it on any page of your site much the same as you insert an image.
1) On the page you want to place a Flash movie, place your cursor where you want the file and then click on "insert/edit flash" (icon next to "insert/edit image").
2) Then click on "browse server".
3) At the bottom of this window, click on "browse..." to locate the file on your hard drive and then click on "Upload" to upload it to your server.
4) Your Flash file will appear in the window above the upload area. Click on the name of the new file in this window.
5) Insert the width and height (in pixels) you want the file to appear on the page (whomever created your Flash file will be able to supply the appropriate dimensions to you)
6) Now click on "OK".
7) Click on "Update Page" to save the change to your page.
