We can automatically charge your credit card if pre-arranged. Please contact us to indicate you would like for us to automatically charge your credit card. We require your confirmation of this in writing (email is fine). Please do not email your credit card details as email is not a secure method for this. Please call us or ask us to call you to get the credit card details.
Once arranged, you will still receive your invoice 14 days prior to the due date and you will receive the automated reminder notice 3 days prior to the due date. When our accounts department sees this notice they will charge your credit card.
Another automated payment alternative is to set up a regular payment from your bank to our account 3 days prior to your due date. This can usually be done very easily via your bank’s website (providing you already bank online). Our account details are in the upper right corner of all invoices.
