All sites include a "form manager" which allows you full control over which fields appear in your form as well as which email address the form is sent to. A nicely formatted email (with your logo in it) is sent to the nominated email address as well as to the customer (if the you choose to have a copy sent to the customer).
You can also select whether you want the option for your customer to choose to subscribe via the enquiry form.
The enquiry form can then be added to any page on the site.
